What we collect today

Cueline isn't open yet, so the only personal data we hold comes from the waitlist. We keep your email address, when you signed up, and which button you signed up from. We use it for one thing: telling you when Cueline opens. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

The waitlist form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is signing up. Cloudflare processes the signals it needs for that check.

How you found us

When you join the waitlist, we note which link or site brought you to Cueline (for example a post on Bluesky or a newsletter) and the first page you saw, so we know what’s working. It’s kept only for that visit, in your browser tab, until you sign up. No cookie is used, and nothing is recorded if you don’t join.

Site analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is used. It uses no cookies and doesn’t track you across other sites. It counts page views, the site that referred you, your country, and your device type, nothing that identifies you.

Once accounts open

To run your account we collect the account, billing, and preference information the service needs: your email address and sign-in details (handled by our sign-in provider, Clerk), your answers to the setup quiz and the niches and platforms you choose to follow, and your plan. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach our servers. We send account emails, such as receipts and trend alerts you turn on, through our email provider.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal data. We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t share it with anyone beyond the providers named here, who process it only to run Cueline.
