1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or subscribing to Cueline, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Cueline provides trend-detection alerts, dashboards, and related tools for content creators and businesses ("the Service"). Trend data is compiled from a mix of official platform APIs and third-party data sources and is provided for informational purposes only.
3. No guarantee of results
Trend scores, confidence tiers, and lead-time estimates are predictions based on available data and historical patterns. Cueline does not guarantee that any trend will perform as indicated, that content built around a flagged trend will succeed, or that our detection will always be timely or accurate. You use this information at your own discretion.
4. Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds except where required by law.
5. Plan changes and new categories
Your plan tier is determined by the number of active content verticals on your account. Adding verticals may move you to a higher tier; removing them may move you to a lower one at your next billing cycle. Agency-tier accounts receive newly launched verticals automatically at no extra charge.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any platform's terms of service, to scrape or redistribute our trend data in bulk, or to reverse-engineer our detection methods for a competing product.
7. Data and privacy
We collect the account, billing, and preference information needed to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cueline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue or content performance decisions made based on our trend alerts.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
